In-Person Consultation
An in-office consultation with your provider for annual well woman exam and non-emergent gynecology issues.
Includes:
✓ Discussion of issues & concerns
✓ Assessment & treatment plan
✓ Prescriptions sent to pharmacy
Order sent to in-network radiology (please provide the in-network radiology with office).
Order sent to lab (please provide the in-network lab with office).
💻Tele-Consultation (20 min)
A private, secure video consultation for gynecology concerns.
Includes:
✓ Discussion of issues & concerns
✓ Assessment & treatment plan
✓ Prescriptions sent to pharmacy
Order sent to in-network radiology (please provide the in-network radiology with office).
Order sent to lab (please provide the in-network lab with office).
👶Prenatal Visit for Existing Patients
Online booking only available for prior accepted pregnant patients of Dr. Chang.
Newly pregnant patients (even if saw Dr. Chang for non-pregnant visit) must call the office to schedule.
Limited number of pregnancy care accepted. Newly pregnant visit will be cancelled if scheduled online.
